How the Customs Refund Disbursal Process Works

Once the import declaration clearance is completed, refunds are automatically credited to the account used to pay the Customs duty on the 30th day. Refunds are credited to the same Customs duty/credit/debit account that was used for the original payment.

For E-payment or cash transactions, the refund is sent to the bank account that is registered with the Customs Code.
